Today, you are given two paths… what will you choose?
Intention has been defined as: “an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.” ~from dictionary.com And this is wrong. Intention is the space you create when you combine the mental with the feeling. Intention changes your energy field and in doing so, changes what you attract and repel. In fact, your energy field is so powerful, you can shift the energy within large spaces too. Pain is the nemesis of intention. It creates a barrier. In pain, it is extremely hard to set a good intention for something you’re feeling really bad about. So your spiritual practice is the well-spring you can go to, to change your state so you can shift what your experience is. You don’t have to settle for cycles of pain. Today’s energy is giving you choices – you can re-act (which means you are duplicating the pain you receive and putting it back out)… or …. you can re-spond (which means you understand what is happening and are able to shift or transmute the negative energy into something purposeful). Go ahead and set the intention now. Much love.
