For many, feeling out of touch on the outside, and negative, seems “normal”. Even though your life is going the way it should be… feeling down, unmotivated and depressed is the overriding pressure. Seeking highs to compensate for all the lows you’re feeling may become your focus of attention.
As sensitives, we take energies on and become depleted. In response to all that, we try to protect ourselves and hibernate and unplug. We’ll avoid large crowds, public places and retreat from social gatherings (and a lot of times, we take these actions out of instinct, almost unconsciously).

You can learn how to keep from being and feeling overwhelmed by the forces you sense. You can learn to fill your space with your energy, so you can recognize the energies you’re feeling and not only know what they are and where they are coming from, but what you’re supposed to do with that information, without losing you in all that you feel.
As an empath, HSP, and intuitive, your ability to use your gift is central to living your purpose.
In reaching an understanding of what you are and what you can do, you’ll be able to channel the flow of forces you feel. With mastery, you could change how a room feels instead of being changed by it.
