When in doubt about what you should do, let your good intention lead… especially when you can’t have those feelings immediately. If you react from the same energy that upset you, you are adding to it, making it harder and harder to dispel. The only way to permanently overcome the pain you’re feeling is not to conquer or heal “it”… it is to ascend it… and to do that, you have to remove in you those things that call out for it. You have a unique energy signature that identifies you and all other things in this plane.
