When we have what think of as “excess energy” flowing in us, it’s like we just need to keep moving so we can somehow shake out or off this current in us. Sometimes we’re in it before we become aware and at other times, feel it building. So what is the cause of our heebee-jeebies?
Your energy needs to be directed. If in the moment where you want to shake or move around or walk, etc… if you were to close your eyes, and take a deep breath… ask yourself, where does this energy need to go that it’s not getting to? The answer will come, and the energy will move. Go ahead and set the intention, now. Much love.
