For many of us, we automatically say what we’re thinking. Sometimes, these bursts carry a negative thought or judgment with them, delivering upon everyone around the room. Although minor at first, upon multiple instances, the energy builds and the room descends just a bit. If more people are doing the same kind of thing, the place changes and it can be very impactful for those who feel it. To counter balance some of these strong feelings, say only nice things. It sounds easy… but when you can only say nice things, no matter what was said, you have to be more than just creative, it’s a different kind of awareness, and it is powerful. Be genuine, and speak from love. Go ahead, and set your intentions, now. Much love.
