This is about purging. Your energy signature changes and the physical you has to take a little time to re-polarize. Think of it like you were AM radio and now your are FM. It’s that kind of change. The energy today is helping you to clear, to purge and to realign. Use rest, introspection, time in nature and with yourself, to allow this expulsion of the old.
