When you do work on yourself, the first step in dispelling a deep hurt, is to look at it from all angles, especially as the other who “did it to you”. It’s not mental understanding – but a feeling knowing – that is the real understanding. From this place, forgiveness is birthed… from an absence of pain and anger. You have poured out your cup. You are opening yourself for love to appear – and when it fills that place in you, the hurt we be dispelled.
Today’s energy reminds you to be aware of what you fill yourself with again. It will take a little time for love to grow and fill that place permanently… so make sure you’re careful with what you deposit there in the meantime. Go ahead and set the intention now. Much love.
