You’ve heard the term “nesting in”. Energy has a passive and active rhythm too for what happens outside of you. So you have this energetic inhale going on – inside of you – and the Universe’s heartbeat going on outside of you… both are at work. And in some ways, these 2 heartbeats seek out each other – to connect. Because of this, sometimes you feel strongly guided to apply your focus in certain areas and the Universe seeds that manifestation. When you are in alignment with the energy around you… it’s like grease on skids… there isn’t a lot of friction and things move easily. This is the real purpose of our spiritual practice – to allow us to find and stay on these streams where our nature is in harmony with what’s around. So tap into today’s energy and nest in, make preparations for the winter ahead (physically and metaphorically), and place your energy into you and your home. Go ahead and set your intentions now.
