Many times the right thing to do is counter-intuitive. It’s not something you choose with your mind, it’s governed by feel and connection. A skateboarder has to lean down into the bowl or they will wipe out – it’s completely counter-intuitive and yet, it’s the only way. Ultimately, even this becomes and feels normal after enough times.
So today, lean in and commit. Let go to it. You’ll see that something else in you will take over, will carry you through and you’ll arrive excited to go again. Much love.
