We are in a sea of energy. As we make our way through, we choose what we are attracted to, and ultimately, what is attracted to us. Where you give your attention, energy is directed there from inside you, out- and delivered from the outside world, to you. Being in a “higher” space allows you to focus your energy toward more things that naturally keep you in that space… and simultaneously better decisions and actions emerge from that space. So today, remember, it’s where you give your attention.
