Good morning! 🙏 The weekend’s energy is building. So in some ways you’ll find the past issues bother you less… that’s good… but the future unknown’s are like static in the background… not enough to make you focus full attention there… but enough to create some anxious feelings.
Work with the energy!
About the past… you’re getting lots of help from the Universe right now. First, to let go of the past, recognize you are here now – regardless of why. Second, recognize what’s great in your life – spend some time in gratitude for those blessings. Third, what is it about those things you like… can you create more of those same feelings in other things? IDENTIFY WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD.
Here’s a quote from “Seventy eight degrees of wisdom” by Rachel Pollack: “We are formed by the actions we have taken in the past; we form our future selves by the actions we take now.”
About these anxious feelings concerning the future… it’s natural and you are not alone 😉 Remember that we are leaving one age (Pisces) for the next (Aquarius). That means different energy and change and disruption to our current way of life. It’s part of the natural process in this ecosystem. So look for opportunities as the old breaks down and the new emerges where you build personal skills (not so much your career). Personal skills are the doorway to confidence and security in a world in flux.
This is going to be a challenging year but it doesn’t have to mean a “bad” year. How you respond and what you focus your attention on is everything. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love 💖
