Say this to yourself
Many blessings to you. I hope you find this week full of possibilities. With these possibilities, also comes an equal number of distractions or deviations that prevent you from experiencing the positive.
So – that means that the energy can both inspire you and depress you – depending on where you are.
If you’re finding that you’re reliving certain disappointments or insufficiencies from the past and it’s causing you dis-ease now… you are given this time today to face them and resolve them. In just a moment you can change things. How?
You need to look at what’s good and bad with new criteria – not based upon what you wanted in the past. That’s over. How can what you want today emerge today? How can you re-evaluate your present condition with new facts? Is there a way to renew yourself by looking at what interests you now?
Base what you want for the next 2 year cycle on what you want, not on what you don’t have or haven’t had yet. There is no way to fix the past – except by examining the present. There is a bunch of good that will shower you when you accept now over yesterday, by choosing now over yesterday.
Say this to yourself:
I can change this moment – I want to focus on that.
I can change what story I choose to tell myself, I choose to tell a good one.
I can change what story I tell myself about challenging people I encounter, by choosing to know what’s mine and what’s theirs and that if I’m going through all this, then they must be too in their way.
There are so many possibilities, I choose to be in harmony with my spirit, and so possibilities present themselves that nurture me.
