That kind of energy will feed what you are frustrated by and make it stronger. So use your practice to help you to release and transmute the building, negative energy in you. You have to choose that you don’t want to add more negative to the negative… it’s best if you take what’s there and change it. By the way, this isn’t about a perfect streak either. You will fall victim to negative thoughts and wanting to act upon them… however, once you realize this – you can also remember why that isn’t a good idea. Go ahead and set your intentions now.
