It’s expanding bottom up
Again, there is some heaviness in the start of this wave. So make sure in your awareness, that you’re not reacting from this downer vibe expanding. And it’s expanding bottom up… so raising all the trash and debris that had been lodged deep and being held in check… now released and floating up.
This isn’t something you can really swim through and out. It’s more like you collect this stuff, pick these pieces up and dispose of them. You don’t have to be in the water to do it either. Think on that.
