When something is working for you, keep it going. I want to caution against making what you’re doing right now into a practice or habit… but being flexible is really important right now and recognizing opportunity in all forms, even if it’s not how you thought things would happen or be presented to you originally. This is especially true. The energy is volatile and the current will change directions very quickly… and when that happens, it affects everyone whether they are aware or not… and so extra attention for patience is needed as people react. Our goal is not to release more anger, suffering, and pain into the world, even if we have been mistreated. It’s super hard not to want justice. But justice isn’t our goal… improving our being-ness is. To improve your being-ness right now, don’t take people and your circumstance too seriously. It will shift in a moment.
