How to work with today's energy… visualize it to manifest it.
When we visualize an action, the same regions of the brain are stimulated just as if we were doing it. When you “put yourself there” – you are focusing the mind and removing future unknowns because through visualization you see yourself doing it successfully, repetitively. But there is a secret here… what feeling does it generate when you are seeing your future self in action? That feeling is your homing beacon. It shows you where to go.
So you must visualize it to manifest it. Direct the mind to show you the feeling which leads you to your truth. Go ahead and set the intention now.
