Today, let go of the mental.
We are designed to solve problems. We attempt to build reason around why some things happen. And so we delve deep into our mental resources to find meaning. We take the story we develop and then, start to find the pieces that validate our story. So we look in the past and present. Unfortunately, we don’t stop there and we also look to see how this is going to manifest in the future too. But all of this is the product of how we intended to dress this. We put the clothes on this and then ask, “why do this look awful?” It’s because you have decided what form this takes instead of responding to what manifests. So you are left with dealing with the story and it’s resulting manifestations… while you also try to cope with what’s occurring around you that doesn’t fit your story… so you’ve made the work doubly hard.
Let go of the mental so you don’t have to make future plans. Be in the now and follow what shows up. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
