What is working for you – a meditation
At what point do you stop repeating the old and inspire yourself with what is working for you right now.
This is a good day to make a list of what is going right and what excites you.
Use this list to create a general feeling of abundance, positivity and well-being. Sit with the feeling and offer gratitude for what you’re feeling.
Stay in this space for as long as you can, without asking for anything, without thinking of anything, let what come, come in your mind, you’re sitting with the feeling.
When it’s over and the feeling has diminished, offer thanks. This may last for 10 seconds or 10 minutes. The nice thing is, you can have this experience multiple times a day. Make this your practice.
