Try to Relax

 
As we approach the end of the year the energy and pace of life speeds up. It can be stressful to prepare for the holidays, and for many, it’s a difficult time because they’re alone, or missing someone they lost, or even anticipating time with family that may not be as enjoyable as they would like. During these more stressful times, try to take extra special care of yourself. Stress has a way of mounting and building on itself and before you know it, your body shows the signs.

When you feel yourself getting tense, try to take a moment to breathe. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out of your mouth. When you exhale try to release that stress, feel it coming out of you and let it go. Repeat until your body begins to relax.
