Try To Forgive
It can be hard to forgive someone who has wronged you or hurt you. Those feelings can sit deep inside of you bubbling up from time to time, but always there in the background stewing in you. If you can find a way to forgive and let go of those emotions it will shift the energy within you, and you’ll begin to feel better.
You don’t have to let the person know that you forgive them if you don’t want to, it’s not about letting toxic people back into your life or needing to bring up old issues. It’s about the healing inside of you. Carrying these wrong-doings builds up in you and over time can cause physical ailments. When the feelings come up in you, remind yourself that this is in the past, it can’t be changed or undone, but it only continues in you if you allow it. And while you’re forgiving others, forgive yourself for anything you’ve done that bothers you.
