Sometimes it’s ok to take a pause – and put the breaks on. We all have days where it’s harder to get up, out of bed. It’s like we have to pull ourselves each step of the way. Most days we’re able to shake things off and get going. But there are a few days where there is something different and we just can’t get it together. When that happens, be ok with changing your schedule to realign yourself. Unless it’s something critical, it’s ok to take things one at a time and as they come up. Go slow. It’s obvious something needs to be processed. Maybe the reason you are in slow motion is so you can. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
