Don’t fall into a ‘me’ space
Given that most people are experiencing added levels of stress right now with world challenges looming, you’ll see that many are preoccupied, on edge and if they fall into a ‘me’ space, become more at dis-ease. Focus on what you want, not on fears of unknown possibilities. Focus on how you will treat others and not so much on what’s in it for you right now.
