Accept it and then find something good

When negative feelings seem to be taking over, you have to gather yourself together, and transmute them. Your practice gives you the tools to change your present state when you are not “feeling like it”. Hard to put out energy of abundance when bills are piling up and you’re feeling lack… Through your practice you are able to see that your present situation is not you – it’s where you are in that moment. It’s where you are in the flow, laterally and vertically. You are only “trapped in place” by how you filter what’s occurring to you (or in others around you… which then becomes yours too). So the secret is to accept that you feel [ fill in the blank ] and then ask yourself… why? Stop trying not to feel bad. Try, instead to find something that will make you feel good. It’s in the moment remember. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
