When you are in an information whirlwind, and the content you are digesting seems unlimited about a certain topic or paradigm, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. In fact, for many, such information overload actually works against your desire to understand because fear enters the picture. When information ceases providing facts and instead emphasizes fear, then it’s no longer information but stimulus. If you’re injecting yourself with this type of energy, it becomes very hard to transmute because you are taking in more negative than you can process. This is a good time to listen to your heart.
