Changing your why to what
We spend a lot of time on “why” things are the way they are. It makes sense in some ways to want to understand what caused our present circumstance, but to affect change, at some point, why has to be replaced with what. What triggers you to bring up the past? What can you do to change how you’re feeling right now? What is preventing you from coming from love? When faced with why or what, choosing to focus on what, can be the first step to never having to ask “why” again. Think about that. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
