When we’re thinking of moon energy, from the New moon to the Full moon, energy is building. It’s an adding time, an expansion time. But for some, this is also a time where we become overwhelmed. When you are feeling too much is going on, too much being added to your life, or you’re getting even more of the same… it can feel like being hit with a water hose and we’re just trying to get our breath. If you’re being challenged right now, this is not a time to make new plans. You will need to find a pause in your activities (physical, mental and emotional). You need to shift the energy away from what’s building to letting it go, pushing it out, or burning it up (using it). That means that you need to exercise what you are not. You are out of balance. If you are too much in your head, you need to work your body. In your emotions too much? You need to reset your thinking. When you’re in a state of too much energy building up in you… change how you are moving it in you. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
