If you find yourself getting heavier during this time, ask yourself what is it really that is making you feel that way. If you can get to the source of it, you can remove a lot of the pain, and the cause will be apparent. If you understand the cause, then you can understand how you specifically react to that. If there is what is yours, theirs and circumstance, you can only work to dispel what you are responsible for. Letting go of “why did you do that?” and “why did that happen to me?… in trade for ”how can I work with this in the greatest good?” will open you to your power instead of closing you off from it.
