Release good energy into the world
Hard words take a toll when they are used too frequently. Obviously, there is how it makes the other person feel… but over time, a harsh vocabulary works inward to feed harsh thoughts. So thoughts become words, words are just another way we release negative energy into the world. It’s easy to say “don’t say it.” But we all face times when the energy is building and you can’t contain yourself any longer and it comes out. It’s ok.
