There is a polar axis with the moon – new and full. When the moon becomes full, it is the time when power is at its fullest, it is the culmination of 2 weeks of expanding, adding to, it is like a solstice of sorts. As we approach the full moon, you’ll find that you may become more anxious, ready for action, wanting to move your body to shake out the excess. Sometimes it’s hard to maintain focus. Everyone is influenced whether they are conscious of it or not. You’ll find that many will be more aggressive and act on impulse. There is the saying that “the crazies come out on a full moon”, evidenced by full moon syndrome. However, your experience does not have to be jarring or anxious-filled. If you’re aware to know you’re feeling too much, then you can also move your energy from where it’s collecting. As you do so, the full moon can be liberating… you’re learning now how to move with it.
