Remember that when we we’re past a full moon, it’s like an energetic exhale. On a lunar cycle – this represents half the month until we reach a new moon. This is a time for dropping things – fears, past baggage, poor habits – what you’re really doing is an energetic detox and you’re making room for your next cycle. In a lot of ways, this is a rebirthing approximately every 2 weeks. So when you are in this process, so that you don’t feel bad as you let go, it’s important to find gratefulness in what you are keeping. The energy today helps you to purge and you can do it in the right spirit so it’s not hard on you or others. Practice gratitude today and you’ll be putting yourself in the right space.
