It’s important to take moments to sit with your good feelings. It’s easier to feel the non-good things. It’s easier to point out flaws, to see what’s wrong and to pass judgment. But good feelings are there too equally. Sometimes it’s like yelling to whispers. The good is drowned out by how much commotion we cause around what’s not working out. So when good feelings show up, savor them, honor them. Take a moment and be with them. These good feelings are the seeds to more good feelings and you have to give them care and attention. The good feelings bridge where you are now and the person you are meant to be. Feeling good should be the norm and we have to find for ourselves, how to stay in that space.
