How are you flowing in your day? If you’re becoming overwhelmed during your day, it means that you are becoming filled up faster than you are releasing the energy. So you need to think of ways that you can move the energy before you are too filled up. Try walking at lunch, getting outside periodically and putting your toes in the earth and your hands on trees, find a solitary place and take 10 slow, deep breaths to let go. Find more ways that can work for you too. Make your practice yours so you have a practice you can draw from especially when you need a little extra fuel. Imagine re-emerging in your day stronger than when you started it. Bring your being-ness back up and sustain it with your practice. Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
