When you’re struggling with strong feelings and energy, it’s best to let it flow over and through… than to try to resist. These waves may trigger something in you (that is yours) – but the rest isn’t. The energy can be from the collective, the planet, and what’s around you like people, plants and animals. When it’s a big wave like right now, everything is being affected. Go to your practice and connect with Spirit and there you’ll find some security.
