Existing between the high and the low
In the TAO it says, “Being and non-being create each other. Difficult and easy support each other. Long and short define each other. High and low depend on each other. Before and after follow each other.” Dualism is everywhere and in the essence of each polar – resides the seed of its opposite. Like an energy wave with a peak and trough, you exist somewhere between the high point and the low. This dualism is really about magnetism… a push-pull force. So when you’ve heard “know thyself”, it’s about having awareness of where you are in this flow. Are you vibing closer to the top or bottom? This is something you can affect. In that TAO it also says, “When two great forces oppose each other, the victory will go to the one that knows how to yield.” Go ahead and set your intentions now. Much love.
