Energy is flowing all the time. When you unplug for sleep, you are still processing the energy you have received and are still receiving. This is when the subconscious comes online. So during the day, in conscious and unconscious ways, our being-ness is adjusted by our response to the day’s stimulus. But when we sleep, we are pulsing out this frequency, and then Universe acts to arrange our world to deliver more of what that vibe is in our waking hours. We invest a lot of our energy in trying to change outside circumstances to change what we’re experiencing. Equally, when you change yourself, everything else responds accordingly. So if you aren’t getting the results you’re looking for, don’t look out, look in. See how you can transmute the energies causing you dis-ease.
