The Keeper of Your Heart
You can experience heartbreak for many reasons, the loss of a loved one, end of a relationship, a catastrophic event. Major stress can actually make you feel like your heart is being torn in two. If this is true for you, I want you to know that you are the keeper of your heart, and you can heal it with time and spiritual practice.
When I say spiritual practice, I mean allowing yourself space to heal by creating an environment for it. There are many ways to do this, you can sit peacefully and let go to spirit, go for frequent walks and breathe in the fresh air, journal to get your feelings out on paper, do yoga, dance to music you love, and allow yourself to be sad or cry when you need to. It’s all part of the healing. But most importantly listen to what you’re being told, in the quiet there is your inner voice that guides you always, trust it and let go to it.
