When you’re feeling overwhelmed or with a lot of excess negative energy, you can stop the spiral down. When you are able, find where you are in the bad feelings. It will be about how your needs aren’t being met. Look at that and ask yourself what would happen if you could deliver what it is you’re not receiving.
