The in-between
Do you remember playing records and when you lay the needle down, you had this time between the songs, where the old song faded out and then some white noise, and then the next song would start… that’s where we are energetically right now.
We are in the in-between.
This is a good time to recharge, replenish, tidy up and even lay out tomorrow’s outfit. Lots of small meals today – nothing to0 heavy – it’s a noshing kind of grazing day for food. Move at a pace that feels good to you, your world will accommodate you. Remember to listen for the quiet voice. It’s still calling you. Go ahead and set your intentions now.
