Find that pace and let your legs take you there.

If you’ve ever walked with a backpack, after some time, you become numb to it… but once you take it off, you’re immediately aware of the weight that’s off. You’re almost floating – you could say the pack was acting to hold you to the earth. After a full moon, energy helps for you to let go – you can be much lighter in this time as weight comes off and you’re able to open yourself more freely. Today’s energy has a soothing, cleansing quality. Like the hike, there is a rhythm you find, a cadence, that seems most natural as you go… find that pace today and just let your legs take you there. It’s a day governed by your acceptance of what’s presented and how you respond. Sometimes it’s just better to keep walking, even when it’s dark and you’re tired, for the right camp.
