In the course of our practice, we’re looking to find a symbiosis between our thinking side and our energy/feeling side. This is the Yin / Yang we hear of. When these two sides are in harmony, you are “whole”. In this state, you are able to connect with Spirit and to receive guidance and inspiration beyond this world. Today’s energy is conductive for your learning and growth. It is good for introspection and study. It’s also good to contemplate on all that you’ve learned for greater understanding.
