There are times when you may feel anxious but can’t quite pinpoint where it’s coming from. It’s an unsettled feeling that you can’t release. Sometimes this energetic pulse may not be yours at all, it could be someone else’s energy that you’re picking up on, or it could be something in the background of your life that needs addressing but hasn’t quite come to the surface yet.

If you can shift the current energy it can help to release it. Go outside for a walk, sit quietly and listen to calming music, go to a coffee shop and people watch, dance in your bedroom, watch funny videos…

By not sitting in the anxious space and swirling in those feelings, it can help to give you time to process what you’re feeling. Then you can either address the issue with clarity or recognize it’s not yours and leave it behind you.
