Stuff sticks to you
Energy is a river and as you wade in it… which you are always doing… stuff from it sticks to you.
When you work on yourself and past hurts, you remove those elements in you that attract more of the same frequency from the energy flow. Likewise, if you are in a good space… you will attract more of the same from the river of energy too.
There are natural fluctuations between your energy body and the energy flowing and each correspond and reflect the other. This is what it means to co-create from an energetic point of view.
