Release Your Worry

 

There are times when we worry about big things, small things and everything in between. Worry is fear’s good friend, they walk hand in hand, and can hijack your thoughts and emotions. Once you’re in the worry fear loop it can be challenging to get out of it, no matter how hard you try to shift your attention.

When you find yourself in this place try repeating the following:
I’m OK
It will be OK
I’m OK
It will be OK

Repetition of a positive mantra shifts the mind to focus on something else. It trains it to move the energy of your thoughts elsewhere.

Another mantra I use often, in all kinds of situations is:
God is with me
God is all around me
God’s light shines through me
God’s love surrounds me

Repeat these until you feel the shift in your energy, you feel a release of some of your worry or fear.

I want you to know that you’re never alone. We’re all a collective of human energy, emotions, and experiences. We’re all connected in this beautiful symmetry of life. Open your mind and heart to new possibilities and energies and let your worry flow through you and out of you. Release it into the earth, into the air, into the water and let it be carried from you.
