Moving Energy with a Group of People
Sometimes we come together as a group of people and sometimes we don’t like everyone who has gathered.
During this holiday season, what if you looked for what was good in the event. You don’t have to highlight negative issues because they will exist without your extra energy being put there.
Instead, focus your energy on being helpful, engaged and you can always pick who you’re spending most of your time with. The food, pets and long-distanced family and friends are good places to direct your energy. Taking a walk in a new place (or if you’re hosting an event, your place) – invite those who want to come with.
Keep energy positive and moving and you’ll find that you’ll create space for you and everyone else to have a better time when together.
