Let Go of The Past
It’s very easy to find fault in yourself and hold onto the mistakes you’ve made in the past. These thoughts that you replay in your mind are just that, in the past. So why hold onto them now? What if when they pop up you remind yourself that we all make mistakes, that things from the past need to stay in the past and that you can only change what is happening right now. Today is what is most important. Today is when you can put your best foot forward, be giving of yourself and seek joy in big and small ways.
