Your self worth is so important to your mental and emotional health, yet often we don’t take the time to love ourselves fully and acknowledge how amazing we are. I’d like you to take a minute to do an “I Am” exercise. Sit in a comfortable place and say positive things about yourself.

I am brave
I am caring
I am loving
I am strong
I am needed

Try to take a few minutes every day to remind yourself of who you are, and why you’re so special. The world needs more positivity, and it starts with you, loving you.
