What if this was your meditation? In this video, I show you one of my daily practices… greeting the day. I don’t greet the day this way every day. And you don’t have to either. Each day, based upon its energy, I’m respectful and greet the day to compliment the energy. That even means that sometimes, I greet the day early or later in the day… when I’m in the right space. Your spiritual practice is a practice… but it can and should build you, make you stronger and help you to find understanding, peace and balance. A lot of people say meditating is hard. It doesn’t have to be. What if you could make it easier to tap in? What if “meditating” wasn’t really meditating at all. Meditation is different for everyone. You don’t have to sit perfectly still or repeat Om over and over again. Simply finding a moment of peace, a time to be with yourself and not be distracted by everyday life is meditative. Your spiritual practice is true to you, what gives you peace, what your environment offers you for personal time.
