Even the smallest light seems bright in the darkness
For many of us, we become distracted by negative feelings and it stalls out our progress. Our energy is sucked into just getting through it – making the time – and not on those things that actually deliver us out of the darkness. This is our collective experience and we all go through times when it’s just tough and you have to keep putting your left foot in front of your right. And so the effort goes there. If you’re currently experiencing this, know that this isn’t a permanent, long-term condition. Know that when you are feeling too negative, that even the smallest light seems bright in the darkness. Look for those sparks. Have a small list that you can look over to remind you what’s important to you. These are waves and all waves end in a straight line. This is a time for you to stay the course.
