Disconnect to Connect
We spend so much of our time connected to a device, whether it’s looking at our phones, using our laptops or watching TV, this is our primary connection. Not so long ago none of these devices existed, our connection was to nature, ourselves, each other and to God,
Source and Spirit. Yet this divine connection, the nurturing of our souls, is so important to our mental well-being. The connection to the energy of life all around us is so vital. There’s an old expression, take time to smell the roses. It means, take time for the important things in life, but I also see it as actually smell the roses, listen to the crickets, pay attention to all that is around you. Tap into the life energy of the world. Be fully present whenever you can and watch how things change for you.
Have a beautiful day.
