This is such a simple pudding to make and it’s so tasty and healthy! It’s the perfect treat when you want something creamy and delicious.
1 14oz can of coconut milk (I like to use regular or full fat but you can use lite)
5 Tbsps of Chia Seeds
1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup of Honey (optional)
1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon (optional)
Mix all of your ingredients together in a medium sized bowl until fully blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Give it a quick stir before serving. You can eat on its own or add some fresh berries on top.
